Why Develop Leaders who will Love Jesus and Serve Others, if I’m still a young pastor?

Craig Groeschel gives his best attempt to describe what ‘it’ is. He lists six qualities that churches display when they have the ‘it’ factor.
How does one rejoice when there seems to be so much pain and hurt in their lives? Peter claims to do so, we look at the bigger picture that includes an eternal inheritance won by Christ for us!
Why are we obedient to God and how is it different than every other religion? Hint: It’s a relationship.
